We are deeply grateful to the wonderful Teatown community for an energetic presence and amazing generosity at this year’s Night in the Woods.
More than 250 of us came together in celebration and support of Teatown. The spirit of service was palpable as we honored the Teatown PlantFest Committee, Pace University, IBM Research, Phelps Hospital Northwell Health, and New York Life Insurance Company.
Teatown alumni Greg Haber and Amar Bhardwaj so eloquently shared their personal journeys with us and in doing so made a powerful statement of Teatown’s mission, “To inspire our community to lifelong environmental stewardship.”
Our resolve for keeping the spirit of service alive has never been stronger, as our planet’s need for committed, lifelong environmental stewards has never been greater.
We are incredibly humbled by your support. Our work wouldn’t be possible without you. Thank you.
We would especially like to thank our honorees: The Teatown PlantFest Committee, Pace University, IBM Research, Phelps Hospital Northwell Health, and New York Life Insurance Company.
We would also like to thank the Gala Co-Chairs: Beverly Aisenbrey, Lisa Hertz Apkon, and William Pitts, as well as our Honorary Co-Chairs: Dorry Swope, and Twink and Jim Wood
