Join us at Teatown for our in-person art exhibition opening reception on Sunday, October 10 from 3:00pm-5:00pm, where we will celebrate THE SCENIC ROUTE, an exhibition by Cindy Sacks.
In her artist’s statement, Cindy says: “Painting encourages me to pay attention to each feather, each flower, every detail and its relationship to the whole. I am grateful to live in the beautiful landscape of Northern Westchester, which provides abundant inspiration for my work. Whether oil or watercolor, the paintings I enjoy most are half-untamed, revealing a connection between the artist’s painted mark and the patterns of the natural world.”
Come and meet the artist, view the art, and enjoy wine and light refreshments at Teatown’s Visitor Center Gallery.
The exhibition is on view from October 1, 2021, until January 30, 2022, during the regular Visitor’s Center hours.
