Teatown offers professional development workshops for teachers on a limited basis. Trainings have included:

• Opening the Classroom Door to Nature – incorporating outdoor learning into the school curriculum
• Leaf Pack Network – training aquatic sampling techniques for stream ecosytems
• Independent Science Research Teachers – data organization, and analysis
