David Steinmetz of Zarin & Steinmetz, a leading law firm in land use and environmental law, will moderate a panel of experts in land development, a top-priority sustainability issue in Westchester County.
Other panelists will be Andy Tung, LEED-accredited landscape architect and lawyer, and Lee Ellman, Planning Director of Yonkers. The discussion will focus on the benefits and challenges of adaptive reuse as a sustainable development option in our region.
